Return Policy


Products that are not worn or untagged without removing the tag can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the delivery date. However, it is limited to items for which a return request has been received by e-mail in advance. However, due to Covid-19, there may be a period in which the return policy cannot be modified or returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please provide your order number to and we will help you find a replacement. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Returns may take up to two weeks to process.

All the Pre-orders are not returned, so please purchase carefully.

All the sale items are final sales.

Delivery fee


Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. When a certain weight is reached, the shipment will be upgraded to FedEx or UPS. Free shipping on domestic orders over $100. only! Sale items are excluded.

International orders 


Shipped via FedEx Economy. Shipping to Korea is EMS shipping from Korea Post. Transit time can take up to 5 business days or more depending on destination.

Customs duties and taxes vary by country of residence. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Buyers who wish to ship to countries other than the United States must send the e-mail to with the correct name, phone number, address, passport number or customs clearance number or date of birth of the recipient in the e-mail. Incorrect information is the buyer's fault, and Maii Mai is not liable for any compensation or liability.

Refusal to pay customs duties or duties does not constitute a valid return and will not be accepted. Rejected packages are not considered returns and will not be accepted.
